Welcome to the Y-kid!

As we welcome a new year, we are also celebrating the official launch of this site!

Whether you’re a Y-kid at heart or not, we appreciate you stopping by and taking a look around. Matthew and I have been working hard the past month to get the site up and running. We’ve worked out most of the kinks and have some great posts lined up! We started this site because we wanted to remember the great things of our childhood, so we hope you enjoy these memories just as much as we do.

We are looking for Generation Y’ers to guest post on a specific memory they have from growing up, so if you are in college or have recently graduated (ie born around 1980-1990), please contact us! We are also open to suggestions on topics you want covered or posts you want to submit.

Look for new posts every Monday and Friday. We hope that if one post doesn’t interest or apply to you, the other one will. We’ll be discussing clothes, foods, tv shows, toys, and more!
